I don't know, Vins, it looked like meat.  Thigh high fastball on the inside part of the plate.   Hard pressed to find many hitters who won't lose that pitch. 

That is the way to start the game, Meep.  If Parra misses that, I think Meep has a shot at an inside the parker.

Still too many pitches, but Billz holds the lead.    I was just ruminating that since Navarro was shown the door, the pitching - save Kuroda and Billz - has been very good.   Kind of like last year when Martin went down.

I got money on Sabean. 

btw, the Montero HR is available via MLB highlight on Gameday.  The pitch was 79 mph on the outer half.  Looked more like a change up than a curveball - but it still broke more than a change does.

Then, Billz serves one up over the middle.   I sometimes wonders what goes through his head.
