Interesting new digs. Gotta figure it all out. I tried to put in my avatar, sig and stuff and it didn't likee.
10:30-7:30; toes is 7-3. I'm looking forward to hearing what Big Steve has to say. No idea at this hour, but my guess is it'll be about 70% OS 10.5 ("Leopard"), 20% iPhone and the rest for possible "One More Things." It's always like Christmas morning at the Apple Store when Steve talks, so we'll be getting fairly pumped up for it. Of course, since I'll be teaching sessions, I won't be as focused on that as in the past. That could be a good thing, too.
One good part about the missing items that we tearing the house apart looking for, and that is the fact it's forcing us to clean out junk in the house. Not the way I'd prefer to be motivated, but it is having a benefit.
My best friend (remember? The one with the H3 I won't ride in?) has changed his plans. He is flying one way to Vegas and wants toes and me to drive him in our rental car. I, being the 70's dork that I am, of course replied -
Hey, Oscar.
Yeah, it's uncomfortable, but necessary and we'll all get used to the changes. Liquidguy assures us it'll be better for him and, once we figure out the changes, easier for us. He's never let us down and I trust him. -

I beleive if I'm not mistaken from Wikipedia it's the opposite of a Mullet...Long in the Front and short in the back...sort of like a flock of seagulls look...LOL

Yeah, it's pretty cool stuff at Apple. Safari for Windoze rocks. Now, the asshole webmasters who "don't support Safari" will have no choice. I like the new Finder interface and the Back to My Mac function, allowing one to access their Home Folder from any Mac in the world is slick. It'll be a cool OS, to be sure.
And for those who need more mundane news, the iPhone will be released 6/29 at 6 pm. -
